Thoracic and Sleep Group (Queensland) are proud to celebrate the first anniversary of The Wesley Hospital Sleep Disorders Centre. This centre was established to recognise the growing demand for quality, state of the art sleep medicine services in Brisbane.
Since opening in March 2009, the centre has performed nearly 2000 sleep studies. Patients are reviewed and monitored by our Sleep Physicians, trained and supported for at least 2 months by our CPAP Educators, with our Sleep Team helping them throughout. As a result 85-90% of our patients commencing CPAP therapy have progressed onto longterm successful therapy.
Very quickly our team has established itself as a hardworking unit, caring and focused, and very dedicated to providing the best quality care for our patients. We run clinics all day, every day of the week and are proud to maintain a longterm relationship with our patients.
